We are delighted to announce that Pass the Keys has been crowned Best Drive to Market Operator at this year’s prestigious Shortyz Awards.
Held annually, the Shortyz Awards celebrate businesses that have made a real difference in the short-term letting industry. The Best Drive to Market Operator Award recognises the entry judged to have launched the most effective marketing campaign to attract people to take a short-term break in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
On winning the Award, Sabrina Hussain, Franchise Partnership Manager of Pass the Keys, commented:
“Pass The Keys is incredibly honored to have won this award. After being shortlisted by an expert panel, Pass The Keys won a public vote against some formidable competition. During the global pandemic, we recruited 30+ Franchise Partners. With the marketing power of a national brand, partner bookings have now soared through the roof and with staycations here to stay in the UK, the sky really is the limit! We’re passionate about doing the best work we can and continue to push our technology to its limits.”
Since its launch, Pass the Keys has seen growth of over 300% year on year, by partnering with franchisees across the UK in small staycation destinations and larger urban centres. Franchisees are provided with all the tools, support and technology they need to grow their business rapidly and list properties in their area on platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb. Our unique business model allows franchise holders to automate a large part of the property management process, leaving partners with more time to focus on the growth of their business.
Last year, Pass the Keys won two Gold Awards at the Virtual Franchising Awards for ‘New Franchisor of the Year’ and ‘Best Technology and Innovation’ and we are proud to be the only multi-city professional co-host for Airbnb. Winning this Shortyz 2022 Award is a significant milestone for Pass the Keys, cementing our resolve to continually push forward our standards of excellence for the short-term rental industry in the UK.
