We interviewed Gareth to find out more about him and his passion for this stunning part of North Wales.

Hi Gareth, can you tell us a bit about yourself and your prior experience before partnering with Pass The Keys?
Sure, I’ve lived in North Wales all my life, so have a good personal and working knowledge of the area. I feel incredibly lucky to live and work in such a beautiful area, with so many natural attractions on my doorstep.
I have extensive business experience having started a successful online gift company in 2010, which is still operating today. One of my passions is property, and I’ve been fortunate enough to build up my own self-managed portfolio over the past seven years. These experiences, along with a previous account management role mean I have the right balance of customer focus and industry experience to make a successful partner for Pass The Keys.
What makes Anglesey ideal for Short Letting?
It ticks so many boxes for so many people. There are stunning beaches, quaint villages and towns, loads of local activities and attractions, clean air, and wide-open spaces. This makes It ideal for individuals or families looking for either a peaceful or fun-filled break.
There are some great coastal resorts, some of the most popular include, Rhosneigr, Trearddur Bay, Benllech, and Beaumaris with its historic castle. It’s also a great base to explore the rest that North Wales has to offer, such as Snowdonia National Park. In fact, 7 of the 10 most visited paid attractions in Wales are within a 35-minute drive of Anglesey.
With over 1 million overnight visitors each year, Anglesey is one of the most tourism-dependent local authorities in the UK, so the economy and people of the island are committed to ensuring visitors return time and again.
