Hi Mark, what is the most exciting part about being a Pass the Keys franchisee?
Hi everyone! Short Letting, in my opinion, is the most exciting emerging economy in the property sector and being a part of Pass The Keys gives you a real edge over the competition in order to fully maximise the opportunity this presents.
Every day is different, you meet such a variety of people; clients from all walks of life to contractors and other business owners. It really is a fast based business that has fantastic growth potential.
How have you grown professionally as a Pass the Keys franchisee?
There is full training and support throughout your journey to becoming a Franchise Partner. What I love, however, is that there is still plenty of room for you as an individual to show your entrepreneurial spirit. I enjoy the fact I wear many hats on a daily basis.
I will work on marketing strategies, sales processes, operations, managing relationships with contractors and all the financial responsibilities of being a business owner each day. This all comes with great support and guidance from Pass the Keys with their vast experience but also allows me to make decisions about my business that are right for us. This has given me the opportunity to develop myself in new areas.
