How have you grown professionally as a Pass the Keys franchisee?
Being a Pass the Keys franchisee is not a job, you are a business owner which means you are taking on every single part of the business – even areas you may not have much experience in. It requires you to think on your feet and learn on the job, pushing you out of your comfort zone and into the world of small business ownership.
Personally, I have learnt so many new skills from finance to marketing and discovered skills I didn’t even know I had whilst doing something I enjoy at the same time.
Would you recommend a Pass the Keys franchise?
I would recommend Pass the Keys as a franchise to anyone who is motivated, driven and willing to learn. Local knowledge is key because even though Pass the Keys is a proven business model, in order to apply the knowledge and tech successfully, you must understand the local market and be able to build relationships with local people to really make it work. A love of property also helps!
