Pass the Keys ®, the UK’s largest professional co-host, Pass the Keys, is launching their newest franchise in East Anglia – welcoming guests to the beautiful Suffolk countryside. We have partnered with local business owner, Laura Croot to provide the Pass the Keys experience in Suffolk. Pass the Keys Suffolk will help property owners maximise their short-term rental income and provide a hassle-free experience for landlords and a high standard of property for guests.
Hi Laura, Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
LC – I’m Laura Croot, the new owner of Pass the Keys Suffolk. I live with my family in the heart of Suffolk and have worked locally and internationally in various organisations.
What drew you to partnering with Pass the Keys?
LC – I have been looking for a new challenge as my children are getting older and came across Pass the Keys – what better way to engage with the local business community in Suffolk and work flexibly around my family?
I was very impressed with the structure of Pass the Keys and how effectively it engages with the property owner and guests. The standard of service, to both owners and guests, is exemplary and I am going to really enjoy being part of this team.
Being part of the Pass the Keys network will help me combine my local knowledge with the professional backup of Pass the Keys to my clients and their guests.
Why is Suffolk good for short-letting on platforms like Airbnb?
LC – Suffolk is the natural heart of tourism in East Anglia. We have beautiful towns, villages and properties here. There is so much to do and it is relatively undiscovered as a holiday destination.
I love everything Suffolk has to offer – whether it be horse racing in Newmarket, historic villages such as Lavenham and Long Melford or just beautiful views for artists to paint. Suffolk is steeped in history and is a great destination for a break or longer holiday.
Why does Suffolk need a short-let management company like Pass the Keys?
LC – Pass the Keys Suffolk offers a comprehensive end to end management service to its clients (the property owners). We are local and on hand to deal with the day to day running of the property and the comfort of the guests.
Together we are investing in the locality, whether it be the property or the village providing the services to help the guests enjoy their stay. It is important to have that on-site knowledge to create a great partnership.
